Executive chef Alexandre Nicolas now develops on his mentor's passion for tomatoes with a celebratory 4-course menu declining the versatile fruit in all its forms with dishes like 'All about tomato', a playful starter composed of a tomato 'royale' topped with a tomato tartare and carpaccio, a tomato sorbet and a Bloody Mary, or the Roasted corn-fed chicken breast, served with panisse fries and a spicy tomato marmalade. To finish, the light and refreshing 'Strawberry & datterino tomato duo' is served with black pepper ice cream. A glass of rosé, to be chosen from two carefully selected wines, will perfectly complement the menu.
