In tribute to the Riviera's popular autumnal ingredient, the exclusive Chestnut Menu gives guests the chance to experience the flavour and diversity of this much-loved seasonal produce.

Available for a limited time from 8th to 31st October, the menu features delicate and intriguing dishes such as homemade chestnut tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, and braised wild boar with chestnuts and butternut squash.
