Good France Dinner - 21 March
Following the success of its first edition, Goût de / Good France, returns on March 21st with the desire to create a perennial event, recurring each spring.
Organized on the initiative of Alain Ducasse and of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Development and inspired by Auguste Escoffier, who introduced "Les Dîners d'Epicure" in 1912 - the same menu, on the same day, in several cities throughout the world and for the greatest number of guests, Goût de / Good France revisits this beautiful idea with for aim to bring together chefs from all four corners of the planet, for the duration of a dinner.
More than 1 500 chefs will once again pay tribute to the excellence of French cuisine and its values of sharing, around a dedicated menu: recipes inspired by French expertise.
Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas outlined a 6-plate Menu featuring dishes such as the Sea bass carpaccio and pine nuts, or the Riviera-style John Dory and for dessert, a succulent Blood orange tian.
Goût de France / Good France - 6-plate Menu £65 with optional wine pairing £45, including taxes and excluding service charge.
