Organized on the initiative of Alain Ducasse and of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Development and inspired by Auguste Escoffier, who introduced "Les Dîners d'Epicure" in 1912 - the same menu, on the same day, in several cities throughout the world and for the greatest number of guests, Goût de / Good France revisits this beautiful idea with for aim to bring together chefs from all four corners of the planet, for the duration of a dinner.

More than 1 500 chefs will once again pay tribute to the excellence of French cuisine and its values of sharing, around a dedicated menu: recipes inspired by French expertise.

Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas outlined a 6-plate Menu featuring dishes such as the Sea bass carpaccio and pine nuts, or the Riviera-style John Dory and for dessert, a succulent Blood orange tian.
