Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas launches an exclusive four-course menu emphasising the tangy and zesty essence of the citrus fruits.

Showcasing only the finest variety of the season's produce, the refined citrus menu will include two starters; the Crab, cucumber and radish, mandarin dressing and the Courgette and Amalfi lemon risotto, a choice of main courses with the Stone bass, fennel and citrus or the Duck breast 'à l'orange', baby carrots; and will culminate with our favourite cheesecake, citrus marmalade and yoghurt sorbet for dessert.

Paired with a glass of specially selected Gavi La Fornace 2016, the menu will be available for lunch from Monday to Saturday and for dinner from Monday to Sunday, throughout the whole month of September and priced at £45 per person.
