Protégé of Alain Ducasse, Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas has created a festive menu, in two sittings, showcasing the finest seasonal produce, with dishes like the Blue lobster, purple artichoke and black truffle, Marinated hand-dived sea scallop, watercress and Oscietra caviar or to finish the Dark chocolate and cocoa nib's finger. A complimentary glass of Champagne will be served at midnight to celebrate the New Year.
