This autumn, our Executive Chef has created a bespoke four-course Chestnut menu offering a tantalising combination of earthy ingredients and excellent produce, available between the 1st of October and the 19th of November.

Starters will include a delicate pumpkin velouté with ricotta and chestnut ravioli and artisanal paccheri with chestnuts and sautéed mushrooms, followed by a choice of loin of cod cooked in a chestnut leaf and autumn vegetables or rack of suckling pig with artichokes, chestnuts and apple. For dessert, our guests will enjoy a delightful chestnut and amarena cherry contemporary vacherin.

A specially selected Corsican chestnut beer 'Pietra' will be served on this occasion to complement the menu.

The menu will be available for lunch from Monday to Saturday and for dinner from Monday to Sunday, at £49 per person.
