Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house, founded in 1729. The chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart and the golden thread running through the Ruinart Taste. With its fresh aromas, vivacity, purity and luminosity, the chardonnay is the essence of all the cuvées and will only display the full breadth of its aromatic richness after a slow maturation in the coolness of the Crayères (the chalk cellars): up to 3 years for non-vintage wines, and 10 years for a Dom Ruinart.

Our Executive Chef, Alexandre Nicolas, has created a 5-course menu to perfectly complement the wines selected for this evening, including the exclusive Dom Ruinart Cuvées.
