Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas has designed a special menu inspired by the French and Italian Riviera showcasing exceptional dishes such as Marinated line-caught sea bream and caviar, Roasted duck breast, beetroot, turnip and or the Chocolate-raspberry heart to share.
