Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas has created a new Sunday Lunch experience with sharing dishes and a myriad of desserts to enjoy between the 19 February and 16 April. Goût de / Good France Dinner - 21 March
Following the success of the past two years, Goût de / Good France, returns on March 21st with the desire to create a perennial event, recurring each spring.
More than 2000 chefs will once again pay tribute to the excellence of French cuisine and its values of sharing, around a dedicated menu: recipes inspired by French expertise.
Executive Chef Alexandre Nicolas has outlined a 6-course Menu featuring dishes such as the Sautéed gamberoni and shellfish, coco beans, or the Milk-fed lamb, spring vegetables, navarin-style jus and for dessert, a succulent Strawberry shortbread, almond milk ice cream.
