Following the success of the past three years, Goût de France /
Good France returns to Rivea London on 21st March.
3000 chefs will once again pay respect to today's cuisine:
humanist, energetic, diverse, and relevant. Contributing Goût de
France / Good France chefs all share the same values of sharing,
enjoying, and respecting good food and the planet. This year's
edition is dedicated to Paul Bocuse, who lead the great evolution
of French cuisine, and participating restaurants are invited to
create one dish inspired by his legacy to be featured on the
Rivea London's Head Chef Antonio Corsaro has outlined a
6-course menu featuring the Truffle soup V.G.E, inspired
by the famous dish of Paul Bocuse; the Dover sole, baby spinach
leaves and samphire, grenobloise sauce and for dessert, the
succulent Chocolate mousse with crispy praline.
